Encrypt Password in odisftpput tool

Hi

We are using odisftpput toll of odi for putting files on ftp.

But in that we need to hardcode passwords.

We are unable to use ODI Variables to fetch passwords as it is treating variable name as password.

Is there Any way by which we can get passwords stored in table to put in variable and use that variable for passwords in SFTP tool?

Any help regarding this would be helpful.
