Encrypt a column to hide salary data

Hi experts,

I'm using APEX 5.0.1.00.06 and my requirements is to have a page of employees in our Apex HR application, and encrypt the salary column so it couldn't be read for any unauthorized user, developer or DBA.

Any ideas?
