Encountered out of virtual memory problem

hi,

My license for oracle discoverer is for 5 users. When my 6th user is trying to use oracle discoverer concurrently with the other 5 users, i got this error , "Out of Virtual memory". I m not sure whether it is caused by the licensing problem or it is the memory management problem. Anyone have an idea what is the cause of that error and how can i solve this problem?
