Background Information:
We are currently attempting to create an encounter ID for a patient in our customer’s production (live) environment. However, we’re encountering an error and are unable to create the encounter.
Below are the X request ID for your reference. Kindly assist in resolving the issue or guide us on how to identify and use the correct encounter type and encounter priority for our customer.
