Encoding mapping view (is there any?)

Hi!

Is there any view in Oracle 11g where we can find a mapping between Oracle's character sets and the same official character sets?

I mean:

EE8ISO8859P2 --> ISO-8859-2

EE8MSWIN1250 --> Windows-1250

etc.
