We have installed Oracle AI Database 26ai Enterprise Edition (Release 23.26.1.0.0) on our local on-premises server (not deployed on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
We would like to enable the Natural Language to SQL functionality using Select AI on this standalone installation.
However, we could not find the catcloud.sql script in the ORACLE_HOME, and we are unsure how to properly enable or configure DBMS_CLOUD and DBMS_CLOUD_AI in this environment.
Could you please advise on:
- Whether Select AI is supported on a standalone (non-OCI) installation
- The required steps to enable it
- Any additional components, configuration, or licensing requirements
