Enabling non-https redirect URLs for Cerner Smart on FHIR applications

Issue:

Hello! We are trying to enable connection to Cerner institutions in our mobile app, which has non-https redirect URLs. Even though we have white listed them in our Code Console application, they seem to still be unverified, and therefore showing the “unknown app” warning upon redirect to Cerner organization signins.
