Enabling Ebiz with SSO

IHAC whose requirement is to integrate E-Business Suite(11i) with MS AD and WNA.

For this, we had positioned EBS integration with 10gAS (SSO and OID). Oracle SSO(OracleAS 10g Infrastructure 10.1.4.0.1) is integrated with Windows Native Authentication(WNA).OID is integrated with MS AD.
The new employees would be created in Active Directory(AD) and flow would be AD -> OID -> EBS. SSO authentication would happen with WNA.The external users (iRecruitment candidates) would need to access the iRecruitment site without the need for SSO/WNA authentication as the users are not present in AD. However users who register with iRecruitement page are not AD users, until they become confirmed employees .

After integrating EBS with SSO and WNA, we need a solution wherein the external candidates after registration are able to login to the iRecruitment site.
Any thoughts on how to achieve this functionality.
