Enabling 3gb limit for HFM

I have been going back and forth with Hyperion/Oracle on getting the 3gb switch to work with HFM. The documentation states to use a tool called imagecfg.exe with the command imagecfg.exe -l hsvdatasource.exe. When I run this, it says the "-l" switch is not valid. Has anyone else gotten this to work with HFM?
