Enable telnet service on solaris 10

Hi,

Kindly help me in enabling telnet sevice on solaris 10. When I try to enable telnet with the following comand; it gives;

# svcadm enable telnet
# svcs -xv telnet
svc:/network/telnet:default (Telnet server)
State: uninitialized since Mon Dec 04 03:18:11 2006
Reason: Restarter svc:/network/inetd:default has not initialized service state.

Impact: This service is not running.
