Enable 'Stores' above iProcurement Endeca page

Hello All,

We have requirement to enable 'Stores' region above iProcurement Endeca page.

As per Doc ID 1470150.1, by default this 'Stores' region is not displayed, but can be enabled thru personalization. Can anyone suggest me how to achieve this?
