We have enabled manual sharing for all data objects related to procurement requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices. Even still, the icon for requisition lifecycle is not available to users with whom the requisition has been shared. How can we enable the requisition lifecycle as a data object accessible from the shared object?
For context, we have Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud on Release 13 18C in test environment and have not been able to figure out how to provide access to requisition lifecycle in this or any prior release.
