Enable Event Subscriptions for Application

Hello,

I am developing an application named "Cerner Appointment POC" (App ID: 000d099a-51ca-4097-939f-ed562a090e7d) and I need to subscribe to Appointment create and update events using a webhook.

I followed the documentation, but the "Event Subscriptions" option is not visible on my application's configuration page in the Code Console. I believe my app may be registered as a SMART on FHIR app, but I require it to function as a backend service to receive these notifications.

Could you please assist in enabling the Event Subscriptions feature for my application?
