Enable editing on for an adf table row with double click or while inserting?

Hi All,

Oracle Jdeveloper 12.2.1.3.0

I want to disable all rows in the adf table by default and want them to be enabled when a new row is created or whenever the user double click an existing row.

Any idea of how to best achieve this functionality?
