enable/disable row selector in interactive grid

This is an interactive grid in Oracle Apex.

I want to disable the row selector for the rows which have current status as ‘Cannot Apply For Party Reimbursement’. The row selector should be enabled for the rows having current status as ‘Can Apply For Party Reimbursement’.

Please suggest how can I achieve this functionality.
