Enable disable a field/button in multi-row block

Hi All,

I have a multi row block and I am displaying a small icon in beginning of each row. Which I want to show/hide based one column value from same row.

If value is 'Y' I need to show the icon for that row else hide. I do not want to enable/disable for all rows.

Could anyone suggest something , I am using forms 10g.
