Enable and Disable

Hi,

Actually i have one funactionality like i dont Disable or enable user Directly.

I will update Custom field call person Status where event handler will take Care to update Idenitty status of user based on Person status values.

1)      when i change person Status value as "In Active". User Identity Status is Disabled but Accounts where not Disabling.

2)     when i change person Status value as "Active". User Identity Status is Enabled but Accounts where not Enabling.

where i changed system property value to

XL.EnableDisabledResources = True.

Can you please suggest me if any solution on this.
