emulex LP10000DC firmware upgrade

Hi,

can someone give me a small introduction, how to upgrade the firmware on solaris LP10000DC in Solaris 10/0106, SF4100.
I'm using standard emlxs Solaris 10 drivers.
Can you please point me to some how-to or some documments ?
