Empty PDF Report file will be created when there is no report output

Hi,
I am using Oracle report builder 6i. This rdf is created to output in PDF format. When the report does not output any data, I still see a blank PDF output. I expect the report not to generate any file at all if their is no output. I am emailing this PDF report to customers. If there is no data in the report, I do not want to send an empty PDF file to the customers.
Is it possible to achive this task? Is there a way to set the property somewhere in the report , so that the empty PDF file will not be created at all.
