Empty drop Down List - Planning - Web Forms - Dimensions in Page Axis

Hi,

The Drop down list which appears when clicked on one of the dimension in page axis of the web forms appears empty. The problem is peculiar to only one dimension when used with Alias on the web Form of only one application one plan type and one instance. The particular dimension has more than 1500 level zero members and has a seven digit code and 2-5 words description in the alias.

I tried to rebuild the form/ LCM from different instance but nothing worked. I believe that this could be attributed to the problem in the JavaScript for the drop-down. But I have no knowledge about javascripts so have refrained.
