We are on Oracle Cloud 19C.
We have an issue where, should an employee change their hours and switch from a Part-Time Employee to a Full-Time employee their Leave absence details are not being updated correctly.
Our Full-Time employees have their leave entitlements calculated in days whilst our Part-Time employees have their leave entitlements calculated in hours.
Currently if someone changes from a Part-Time employee to a full time employee, the system does not automatically recalculate any remaining leave entitlement. This same problem also happens when an employee changes from Full-Time to Part-Time.
Is there a way in which Oracle can be configured to automatically recalculate any remaining leave entitlement based on the new hours and the leave already taken/remaining from the employee annual leave entitlement?
This is currently causing us a lot of headaches.
