EMD upload error: uploadXMLFiles skipped :: OMS version not checked yet
459893Jul 11 2012 — edited Jul 20 2012*** I have installed grid agents (reinstalled, after running proper deinstall steps) on my two RAC nodes.
*** My status says, there is no upload happening. Agent is blocked and not resynchronized.
*** I did a cleaning of state/, collection/ and upload/ folders in /Agent_home/sysman/emd folder, plus did clearstate agent and then started the agent. Still not successful in upload.
./emctl status agent

*** My emagent.trc file says : 2012-02-02 10:22:49,970 Thread-58 ERROR pingManager: Did not receive valid response to ping "ERROR-Agent is blocked...
*** I went to setup page of the grid console, selected both my blocked nodes In Agent home page, clicked on “Resycnhronize” Button (included ‘Unblock Agent’ option). But it failed.
I am still not being able to unblock or resync even after doing all these steps.
Any clue would be very very helpful
