Enterprise Manager

Hi,

I have installed OEM 10.2.0.2 in Redhat Linux 4 and I have this issue.(None of the agents are displayed in the OEM home page). So i tried debugging and when I tried

<AGENT HOME>/bin> ./emctl upload

I get this error.

I tried

# $Agent_home/emctl stop agent

1. rm -r <AGENT_HOME>/sysman/emd/state/*
2. rm -r <AGENT_HOME>/sysman/emd/collection/*
3. rm -r <AGENT_HOME>/sysman/emd/upload/*
4. rm <AGENT_HOME>/sysman/emd/lastupld.xml
5. rm <AGENT_HOME>/sysman/emd/agntstmp.txt
6. rm <AGENT_HOME>/sysman/emd/blackouts.xml
7. rm <AGENT_HOME>/sysman/emd/protocol.ini



# $Agent_home/emctl clearstate agent

Then I did
$OMS_home/bin/emctl secure unlock,
I got

When I started the agent, I ran the status, I get

My questions

1. The repository url port([https://ussltcsa5025.xxx.com:4898/em/upload]) and the oms port is not the same. Do this need to be same?
2. Also the domain name "ussltcsa5025" is in capital in the hosts file, does this matter.
3. I tried changing the repository value in emd.properties in <AGENT HOME>/sysman/config folder to the same port, but when i run the secure agent command, the changes are reverted back.

But when I use the sysdba and the password, I am able to connect.

Am I missing some thing? Any help is greatly appreciated.
