When I installed Oracle database 11, I got this error:
(actually, my computer is in another language, so I got this image in English from internet):
I already had set the oracle unqname environment variable, but do not know how to solve this problem
I ran emctl.bat and got this:
C:\app\THIS_PC\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\BIN>emctl status dbconsole
OC4J Configuration issue. C:\app\THIS_PC\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_THIS_PC_orcl not found.
I searched all around the Internet, and found that it is a common problem, but found a lot of non solved cases, and contradictory and confusing "solutions" that do not work.
What should I do?
My OracleDBCConsoleorcl service is not running (on Windows 7 64 bit)
It refuses to run. I do not know if that is related.
