emctl: not found

Hi,
I am new to oracle database and Sun OS.
My database failed to start after a system restart. Please help me sorting out the issue.

Everything was working fine until I restart my server (SunOS 5.8). I am able to start lsnrctl using lsnrctl start, but when i try emctl start dbconsole it is giving error ksh: emctl: not found. I did a search in the $ORACLE_HOME/bin folder but coulnot find the emctl file. Please find the below results if useful.
