Issue Summary
- Set the environment, start the db listener, start the database and then use the following command to start emctl :emctl status dbconsole
- Locking in the log file i get:
- Then tried to manually fix the timezone using various different methods but unsuccessful with all of them. EMCTL agent simply still wouldn't start and give the same timezone issue again and again, but without success result
- Searching in the internet i get One article to get solution, but when i try to use Timezone Updater Tool for updating daylight savings time for installed Java JRE and JDK,(described in STEP 1), i get this
For information, I had to stop my base, before proceeding with this command.
