Emails not sended, not received, but no errors in the mail queue

Hi,

Under Oracle APEX 24.2.14, on Allways Free service, I have defined the emails settings of the instance. But when I send an email from an application, I get message sent succesffully but I don't receive any email. I cheked the mail queue of the instance and I see no emails where sended, and also when I try to force to send all emails, It is Ok, but still the emails are in the queue without errors but are not sended:

Where could I troubleshoot this ? Any email log on the OCI Cloud ?
