Emails from Oracle Database - Newbie Question

I am receiving several emails every 15 minutes from Oracle on missing/invalid data.
What do I need to do to modify this process so I don't get emails every 15 minutes?
It could be coming from Delayed Query Aggregator (DQA) utility but I do not know how to check or verify it.
