Email with graph charts in the email body as well as attached PDF file

Hi All

Kindly, I need to send an email with graph charts in the email body as well as attached PDF file,

Is this doable using oracle apex (I can create graph chart region in page and another page for PDF data, but how can I make first page as the email body and second to be PDF as attachment)

Kindly, if this is not doable what is the recommended tool for reporting which i should use to do this?
