Email multiple recipients in APEX

Hello geniuses,

I have an APEX report with checkboxes, and I would like to send an e-mail to each of the checked records, each record representing one person. I know I can use a comma-delimited list within the e-mail, but how do I turn the records that are checked into a comma-delimited list?
