Hola buenos dias, Tengo una duda técnica en peoplesoft, estoy realizando aprobación por correo electrónico en peoplesoft 9.2, He seguido los peoplebooks paso a paso, he configurado nodos, conectores, mensaje, cola, servicios, operaciones de servicio, he configurado el registro de transacciones y configuración de transacciones, he configurado integración Broker, pasarelas, ya configure todo, he revisado todos los posibles errores, Todo esto lo estoy realizando para el modulo de compras específicamente para purchase orden, El correo llega correctamente al aprobador(Anexo imagen de como llega el correo), cuando le doy aprobar, se manda la siguiente información, (anexo imagen), posteriormente llega al repositorio de respuestas, el correo llega bien al repositorio de respuestas, posteriormente ejecuto, el aplication engine EOAWEMC, el proceso termina correctamente, el application engine lee el correo y lo publica correctamente, (Anexo imagen), el problema está que no se registra la acción seleccionada desde el correo por ejemplo si selecciono aprobar, no lo marca como aprobado, espero me puedan ayudar respecto a esto he revisado peoplebooks, sus archivos de posibles errores de igual manera no me han ayudado, no encuentro si estoy realizando una configuración mal, espero me puedan ayudar, proporcionen me documentación más completa gracias.
