EM - Enterprise Manager Access console

HI,

I have installed Oracle of which related information is as follows. now when i am trying to access EM then error is coming:

1. http://hostname:5550/em > this url is not allowing to access to EM though i can connect to DB without any problem using SYSTEM / SCOTT.

2. Then in CMD window > i entered commend, emctl start dbconsole then following error has come:

Environment variable ORACLE_SID not defined. Please define it

name of my connection string is = TAPASH
Oracle version is = Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0

would you pls. help how to access to EM console?
