EM console started but won't open
973317Nov 8 2012 — edited Nov 9 2012I'm running Oracle 11.2.0.1 Enterprise on 64 bit Windows 7 Professional on an ESXi server. This is a plain vanilla installation accepting most of the defaults.
No matter what I do I cannot pull up enterprise manager. When I enter the URL (https://win7-64:1158/em) or click on database control to start I get a warning about a bad security certificate. I cannot ignore and continue - it just stops at this point.
I've set the oracle_unqname and other environment variables (home, localhost, sid, etc.). Listener is up on port 1521. The database is up and accessible (except by URL).
All the services are started.

All the emctl checks are good. EM is running. The agent is running:

Agent is Running and Ready
I've dropped and recreated the repository with emca. There are no errors and everything looks marvelous. Windows permissions are wide open and there is no firewallat this point. I've even blown away Oracle and reinstalled from scratch, without any success. It just won't open. !!!?
