Elimination of non ICP account

Hi,

Really appreciate your help to understand this.
For the icp account, we set the plug account to do the elimination.
My question is related witj non icp account.
How can we eliminate those non icp account? Can we load the elimination data to [Elimination]? Or should I use rules to do the elimination?
