Element ID's Changed?

On the latest release of OPA element ID's have changed when viewing the source.

Previously for example it would just be as follows IE: #ElementID

They are now pre-fixed with numerical values after, IE: #ElementID21

Is this as a result of the Jquery upgrade, and is this element naming convention expected to stay this way for the future?
