Java Programming

I am a computer science student.I am going to make a project which is the combination of three branches of engineering the first one is Electrical and second is Electronics and third is java programming let's discuss about project we have more then one trasformer lots of Pillers and MCB (miniature circuit breaker),which is connected to each other after the short circuit occour the MCB will be triped and every trasformer and Pillers having its own ID number which is for its identity after the short circuit the MCB(miniature circuit breaker) or the other device which is connected to MCB is inform to the server.The problem is the how can we connect it with the server for the connectivity(using electronic circuit ) we must have the logical electronic cricuit which will send the signal to the server and for detecting the singal we would make a software which will be is JAVA programming langnage.

SO,overall,I want to use the functionality of MCB which will fetch the ID of that pillar then through it to the server,where,we can easily see that ID no. for alert and to take care..
