EJB and JSP

wonder if there are people out there who have real experience building web sites using jsp calling ejbs? don't know if the experiences are pleasent? in comparing using regular beans with jsps, is ejb/jsp better than bean/jsps? thanks in advance. i am considering using ejb/jsp for a new small but grow in the future project.
