Please help me the effort for an oracle Upgrade and migration for the following Env.

Current Source Env :
DB currently is on 10.2 and the plan is to migrate to a Linux with 10.2 and then upgrade.
Existing Architecture is the DB is on a virtual machine and the target Architecture will also be on a virtual environment.
Shell Scripts will be handled by external vendor.
