effect of performance when using -XX:+UseMembar

IHAC using Oracle Service Bus on jdk1.7.0_75 adopted option -XX:+UseMembar due to bug JDK-6822370 : ReentrantReadWriteLock.

The problem has been solved with the option but the customer wants to know an effect of performance when using -XX:+UseMembar.

Any answer is welcome.
