I was trying to build POC for WCF Data Services and OData for Oracle Database.
I followed the tutorial below,

But I got an error when adding the ADO.NET Entity Framework to my web site and choosing my Oracle data connection, it doesn't allow me to select the Entity Framework 6.x version.
The version 6.x is greyed out. It says 'An Entity Framework database provider compatible with the latest version of the Entity Framework could not be found for your data connection.
I tried the suggestions from the following url, but still not working.

My environment,
Windows 7 64-bit
Visual Studio 2013 Community Update 4
Latest Oracle ODAC 12c Release 3 32-bit
I also tried to change the version of EnityFramework in VS2013 from 6.1.0 to 6.1.3 and rebuilt the solution/site. No luck at all.
Will the VS2013 Update 4 be the trouble maker? As lots of people got it working for VS2013 Update 3 through the above link?
Or am I missing something else? Please let me know. Thanks a lot.
