EE SDK install / PC Tools Spyware Doctor / trojan-spy.flux

While installing java_ee_sdk-5_04-windows.exe ( on Windows XP Professional SP2) I receive a message from Spyware Doctor that it has blocked a malicious action attempting to access windowsnativetoolkit_3.0.2_1.exe by trojan-spy.flux.

I've spent some time searching the web for information on this and found precious little.

Is this an actual problem? Is the .exe truly attempting a malicious action?
