EDIT_TEXTITEM

We have a peculiar problem with EDIT_TEXTITEM built-in. I am trying to invoke the editor and use "REPLACE" functionality in the editor. But Replace and Replace All button seems to be disabled. I am not able to figure out why these 2 buttons are disabled even after I press Search button.

Any pointers towards this issue is well appreciated.
