EclipseAdaptorMessage Question

Good morning!

I try to install the Eclypse program on my PC and when i click on eclipse.exe a message like that appears

NLS missing message : ECLIPSE_STARTUP_ERROR_CHECK_LOG in: org.eclipse.core.runtime.adaptor.EclipseAdaptorMessage

Does anybody have any idea about that?
