Eclipse x64 svn error

I have been struggling for a while to get the javaHL binaries for x64 , but it doesn't want to connect to the repository.

I get the error file does not exist remotely. and this printed error

svn: PROPFIND request failed on .############ Received fatal alert: bad_record_mac

Eclipse also cannot find the javaHL , and cannot load Native javaHL libraries.

What could be done to fix it?
