eclipse short cut key

its a stupid question, but then its a stupid problem, this morning when I opened Eclipse, Ctrl+Shift+T key simply stopped working, now the rest of the keys are working but this is one of the most commonly used keys in Eclipse and is proving to be painful for me.

Did anybody ever face a similar problem?
