Eclipse requires plug-in "org.eclipse.core.runtime" ?!?!?!

hi,

I've been trying to install the PLDT Eclipse plugin and after I mark it in the Eclipse Updates, I get the following restriction/error:

Eclipse PTP-Parallel Language Development Tools (1.1.1) requires plug-in "org.eclipse.core.runtime (3.2.0)", or equivalent.

Please tell me how to finally get this thing running!
