eclipse not conencting to cvs

HI,

Please help me in this issue.
I'm trying to checkout the code from cvs using eclipse. but eclipse is always showing this error using extssh protocol.

Could not connect to _:extssh:meters@aaabc.aa.aa.aaa.com:/dd/dd/home/dd/CVS/CVSROOT_: CVS communication error: org.eclipse.team.internal.ccvs.ssh2.CVSSSH2ServerConnection$SSH2IOException: ProxyHTTP: java.io.IOException: proxy error: Forbidden
