Eclipse Gui Builder

Hi all,

Im new to java and i have just moved over from C programming. I have just picked elipse to be my platform, and im a little lost on which plugin to download for the drag and drop GUI builder?

Please could you advise if the current Elipse classic package has a GUI builder or do i need a plugin?
