Hello All,

We recently updated our project from Java Mail 1.3 to 1.4.7, and I need to supply the third party ECCN info for our ECCN EncryptionDescription XML.

I see the following was provided for an answer to 1.4.3 back in 2010:

Java Mail 1.4.3 is classified under the ECCN 5D992.

Eligible for export under US Commerce Dept.
License Exception NLR (No License Required) worldwide,
EXCEPT:
-embargoed and restricted countries, and
-parties on Denied and Restricted parties Lists.

Is this also applicable to 1.4.7?
