EBS REST calls giving 500 internal error from REST client

Using EBS 12.1.3, installed SCM consildated patch for Oracle mobile framework4.0.

Able to access the application from mobile phone, but when I am trying to call these REST functions from REST client, getting 500 internal error, what could be the reason?

mLogin, mInit & mACS went fine, but when using

http://<host><port>/

Giving valid function and Payload is also correct, still no luck!!

Any thoughts pls...

I might be missing something here or any config change required?
